INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Multi-Purpose Opener from Aidapt. The
Multi-Purpose Opener is manufactured from the finest materials available. When
used correctly it is designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.

BEFORE USE

Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments
as this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault,
do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.

INTENDED USE

The Multi-Purpose Opener is a useful kitchen aid for those with limited dexterity. It
has an adjustable steel band which clamps around a jar or bottle top and also
incorporates a bottle top opener and ring can pull.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Multi-Purpose Opener is simple to use:
To Open Jars: Grip the Multi-Purpose Opener with the ergonomically-

designed handle and place the steel band over the jar lid, tighten the band
using the turning knob. Position the Multi-Purpose Opener so that it grips
the jar lid and pull/push the handle to twist the jar lid off the jar.
To Remove Bottle Caps: Grip the Multi-Purpose Opener with the

ergonomically-designed handle and place the product over the jar lid.
Position the Multi-Purpose Opener so that the central hole and metal lip
are above/below the edge of the bottle tops. Pull the handle of the Multi-
Purpose Opener up to flip the cap off the bottle.
To Open Can Lids: Grip the Multi-Purpose Opener with the ergonomically-

designed handle and position the hook below the edge of the can ring
pull. Push the handle of the Multi-Purpose Opener down to pull the lid off
the can.
CLEANING
Clean your Multi-Purpose Opener using a non-abrasive cleaner or mild detergent
with a soft cloth. Abrasive cleaners e.g. AJAX and/ or abrasive cleaning pads may
damage the product beyond repair and should not be used. Always ensure that
you wipe dry the equipment after cleaning.
The Multi-Purpose Opener can also be cleaned on the top tray of a domestic
dishwasher on a standard/eco or cool program.
