FOOD Measuring core temperature

Carefully insert the probe at least 2.5cm into the food. Make sure not to insert the sensor too close to a bone or into fat or gristle.

The core temperature is displayed on the display under FOOD after approx. 10 to 15 seconds.
Set the desired core temperature with the FOOD ˚ T button, press the SET button to display this value on the display under FOOD.

Activate the alarm by pressing the ALERT button. The alarm icon

When the food exceeds the previously set core temperature by 1 ˚ C or ˚ F, the alarm is triggered.

Press any button to stop the alarm.
•
The alarm icon continues flashing as long as the core temperature is above the previously set target temperature.

The alarm is triggered again in two minutes if the temperature does not sink below the target core temperature.

OVEN Measuring the grill/oven/cooking chamber temperature

Press the MODE button and choose the OVEN mode.
•
Place the probe inside the oven or carefully insert the probe at least 2.5cm into the food. Make sure not to insert the probe too close to a bone or into fat
or gristle.

Carefully close the oven door.
•
The grill/oven/cooking chamber temperature is displayed on the display under OVEN after approx. 10 to 15 seconds.

Set the desired temperature with the OVEN ˚ T button, press the SET button to display this value on the display under OVEN.

TIMER Stopwatch / countdown

Press the same button to stop/pause the timer.
•
Reset the timer to 0 by pressing the HR and MIN buttons at the same time.
Countdown

Set the desired cooking time with the HR and MIN buttons. Reset the timer to 0 by pressing the HR and MIN buttons at the same time.

As soon as 0:00
is reached, an alarm beeps 3 times per second and the display flashes for 20 seconds.

If you do not stop the timer, the time continues counting down and
max. 9:5959. As soon as the maximum extra time is reached, an alarm beeps 4 times per second and the display flashes for 20 seconds. The timer then

Cleaning
1. Let all parts of the grill thermometer cool down fully.
2. Wipe down the device with a slightly damp cloth. Make sure that no water can get into the device interior.
3. Clean the probe and the cable after each use with warm water and a little detergent.

The packaging is made from environmentally friendly materials,
which you can dispose of at your local recycling points.
Do not under any circumstance dispose of the digital grilling and
roasting thermometer in normal household waste! Dispose of it
at an approved disposal facility or at your community disposal
facility. Respect the currently valid regulations. If in doubt, get in
touch with your disposal facility.
Batteries and accumulators
Do not dispose of batteries in household waste. Every consumer
is legally required to dispose of batteries at the local recycling
point of their community/city district or at the shop. This ensures
environmentally friendly disposal.
Batteries containing dangerous substances are labelled with the
chemical symbols Cd for cadmium, Hg for mercury and Pb for
lead. Batteries are labelled with the aforementioned symbols.
CE Supplementary Statement
