FOLLOW THE POLE SAW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Starting and Stopping
Hold the saw as shown in Fig.11 and ensure that you are well away from anything that may contact the blade.
• Press and hold the On/Off trigger safety lock button
• Press the On/Off trigger
• To stop the motor, release the trigger to stop the machine. Upon release of the On/Off trigger, safety lock button will
automatically reset to the locked position.
Adjusting the Angle of the Head Section
• For high and low cutting, you can adjust the angle of the motor unit in 15º steps from 75° to -60°.
• Remove the battery pack from the tool.
• Press the two release buttons at the same time.
• Adjust the angle of the motor unit in the desired direction.
• Let go of the release buttons and the motor unit will click into place.
• Replace the battery pack on the tool.
Working Position
The hedge trimmer can be operated in 4 different working positions.
Lateral cutting: Telescopic handle retracted
High horizontal cutting: Motor unit set at 75°,
telescopic handle extended
High vertical cutting: Telescopic handle extended
Low cutting: Motor unit set at -60°, telescopic handle
