Compensation of the Probe's Influence:
Before using the probe head for measuring compensate its influence on the metering instrument. Connect the
probe head to the test terminal of the oscilloscope. Use the trimmer L at the probe head for calibrating the
1kHz-reference square wave.

1. Probe head inclusive connection cable.
2. Probe tip.
3. Grounding lead.
4. Marker ring.
5. Probe rest.
6. Screwdriver.
Especially the grounding lead is useful if the voltage
reference differs from the one of the oscilloscope to get
reasonable signals. Consider that equalizing currents
appear if the potentials are different which can destroy
fuses or protection circuits
