Before using for the first time

Check that the belt saw is intact.
The belt saw must be placed on a level and firm surface that is suitable for bearing the
saw's weight.
Clean the rust-protected surfaces with petroleum, diesel oil or similar. Do not use
cellulose-based solutions as thinners – these will damage the painted surfaces.

Fitting

1. Put the bottom part on blocks in order to fit the wheels.
Ensure that the machine is in a stable position.
2. Insert the wheel axles through the holes in the bottom part.
3. Put the wheels on the axle and secure using the pins. Bend
the pins to secure them.
4. Put the bar (1 – fig. 2) for the workpiece stop (2 – fig. 2) in
the hole on the bottom section and fit the workpiece stop
using the bolt (3 – fig. 2).
5. Put the bar for the cylinder (1 – fig. 3) in the hole on the
bottom section and secure it. Fit the cylinder. (3 – fig. 3)
on the bar and secure using the nut (4 – fig. 3). Insert the
screw (2 – fig. 3) in the cylinder and tighten.
6. Remove the transport strap and save for future use.
