Safety Instructions
1.1
General
•
Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
It is part of the product and contains important information for correct use.
•
Keep this user manual.
It must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.
Notes for network separation (except 59177)
The product has no power switch and may be used only in easily acces
sible outlets to quickly remove it in an emergency and after use.
Voltage-free only with pulled plug.
•
In case of emergency, during thunderstorms and after use,
pull the product on its plug housing!
•
Only use the supplied power supply.
Hot surfaces
The glue heats up to 140 °C at the adhesive outlet opening.
•
Avoid proximity to flammable surfaces.
•
Wear suitable protective gloves.
•
For burns, hold the injured site under cold water for cooling,
consult a doctor and remove adhesives after hardening.
Not meant for children.
•
Do not open the housing.
•
Do NEVER let the product unattended in use.
•
Compare the specifications of product, power supply and
peripherals. These must be identical.
•
Do not repair defective products by yourself, but contact the
dealer or producer.
•
Do not modify or alter product nor accessories.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct
sunlight, vibration and mechanical pressure.

Use a stabil, non-slipping, fire-prof and horizontal surfaces.

Description and Function
2.1
2in1 LED table and clamp magnifying lamp
Your hot glue gun is designed for one-component PUR (polyurethane) -Schmelz-
klebstoff. This is suitable for wood, glass, ceramics, div. Plastics, leather, textiles,
etc. but NOT for PP, PE styrofoam and silicone.
The adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor use since it from -40 ~ +100 ° C
is thermally stable, it offers immediate and high strength. Furthermore it is solvent-
free and heat resistant as removable only at ~130 °C again.
The product can only be operated with power supply.

Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chapter
Description and Function. Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not
attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal
accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and property.

Preparing

Compare the specifications of product, power supply and
peripherals.
These must be identical.

Only Fixpoint
glue sticks ensure proper function.
®
Surfaces of materials to be bonded must be dry, grease-free and clean.
•
For many materials, for example, at post-treated metals such as alumi-
num and galvanized metals, we recommend to roughen adherend super-
ficy.
•
Work at room temperature, warm up by the material, e.g. stones and
metals, so that the adhesive does not cure too quickly and makes it
difficult to align.
•
Remove excess glue after curing after about 2 minutes by scraping with a
knife.
•
Apply the adhesive in dots and stripes, do not elapse it.
•
Turn off the glue gun when not in use for longer time and before all work
on the product and unplug the mains plug.
•
Connect the materials immediately to each other after applying to reach
the adhesive to optimum strength.
•
Pay attention to dripping when working overhead because of the risk of
burns of the glue.
•
Always place the heat glue gun on the stand.
•
Never lay the hot glue gun on its side.

Do not touch the adhesive outlet ope-
ning during operation.

Insert a glue stick up to stop into the
adhesive outlet opening.

Plug the power plug into a free and well
accessible mains socket.

Press the ON / OFF switch
to turn on the device.
The Power LED lights red.
The glue gun heats up for around 1 minute and
then it's ready for use.

No action required.
The glue gun heats up for around 1 minute and
then it's ready for use.
4.
Move the hot glue gun to the splice.
5.
Only now press the flux control until the
desired amount of adhesive emerges.
6. a) (59177 only)
Press the ON / OFF switch
to turn off the power.

No action neccessary.
7.
Unplug the mains plug from the mains
socket.
