2. Connect the end of the audio connection cable to a
headphone output lead or other line out.
3. Switch the FM transmitter on, and the operating display will
light up.

4. Now set the frequency on the FM transmitter that you
require:
Channel range selector on LOW CHANNELS means that you
can set the channel selection switch to channels 1-6.
Channel range selector on HIGH CHANNELS means that you
can set the channel selection switch to channels 7-12.

5. Then set the same frequency on your car radio.
If there is already a radio programme on this frequency and
you get interference, then switch to a different frequency,
while keeping the frequency the same for both devices.
6. Switch your audio source (MP3 player etc.) on, and slowly turn
up the volume. In the same way, you can adjust the volume of
your car radio.
7. If you want to deactivate the FM transmitter again, switch it
off and the operating display will go dark.

Explanation of the functions
Sucker cup mount
The sucker cup mount means that you can easily fasten the FM
transmitter to any smooth surface, like a windshield for instance.
To take the sucker cup off the FM transmitter, just turn the sucker
cup carefully in counterclockwise direction.
Power supply unit connection
(The power supply unit does not form part of the standard delivery).
The FM transmitter can also be operated with a power supply
unit. When operating in this way, the power supply unit must
comply with statutory requirements and answer to the following
specifications:
Output voltage: 6 volts DC / 200 mA
Use of batteries or rechargeable batteries
(Batteries and rechargeable batteries do not form part of the
standard delivery).
Inserting the batteries or rechargeable batteries
1. Slide the battery compartment cover with the rubber base on
the FM transmitter off the battery compartment.
2. Insert the batteries or rechargeable batteries (Mikro type
AAA) in the battery compartment, taking care to see that the
polarity is correct.
3. Slide the battery compartment cover back onto the battery
compartment.
Disposing of the batteries and battery packs
Consider the environment when disposing of the batteries or
battery packs, which must not be thrown away with domestic
rubbish. Do not use old and new batteries or different battery
types simultaneously. Remove batteries from the device if it is
not to be used for a long time.
