It’s used for daily measurement of the basal body temperature (BBT). The temperature is being transferred to the Ovy App automatically enabling the app to calculate the day of ovulation, the fertile window and the next period. - Seite 7 • Please refer to the information field in chapter 6 how to set the signal at the end of measurement. • The measurement is transferred directly to the Ovy App via Bluetooth if Bluetooth ® ® on your smartphone is turned on.

You can find further information about the Ovy App in chapter 13. Proceed as follows: 1. Download the free Ovy App from the Apple App Store (iOS) or from Google Play (Android 2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone in settings. -
Seite 12: Measuring Your Basal Body Temperature
If you sleep less than 4 hours, exclude the temperature on that day. Do the same on days when you are e.g. sick or had some alcohol. You will find a list with disturbing factors in the Ovy App. You can take oral, rectal or vaginal measurements, but you should always take the measure- ments in the same place in one cycle. - Seite 13 close to the thermometer – a radius of 5 meters is recommended. Make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet and the flight mode is switched off. Measuring 1. Remove the protective cap from the measuring tip. In order to switch on the thermometer, press the on-/off-button.

Please always wait until the end of the measurement before you remove the thermometer from the place of measurement.

Anstrengung vermeiden. Solltest du weniger als 4 Stunden vor der Messung schlafen, klammere die Temperatur an diesem Tag in der Ovy App aus. Gleiches gilt für andere Stör- faktoren, wie z.B. Krankheit oder Alkoholkonsum. Eine Liste findest du in der Ovy App - es wird empfohlen, trotzdem eine Messung durchzuführen. - Seite 39 Zyklus doch wechselst, musst du die Änderung des Messorts in der App dokumentieren. Für diesen Zyklus kann keine sichere Auswertung mehr garantiert werden. Die Übertragung deiner Temperatur beginnt automatisch nach Messende, wenn der Kreis an der Ein-/Aus-Taste blau blinkt. Dein Smartphone muss sich für die Übertragung in der Nähe des Thermometers, in einem Umkreis von 5 Metern, befinden.

Aufbewahrung und Entsorgung Wenn du das Basalthermometer nicht benutzt, bewahre es bitte in der originalen Schutzkappe auf.
