Cherry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 150 gr. of cherries
• 70 gr. whipping cream
• 150 ml. liter of milk
• ½ cups sugar
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
Clean and remove the cherries stones, sprinkle with sugar, dissolve the corn flour
apart with in a little cold milk and add the remaining hot milk with sugar – put
it all on a low flame, stir until thickened and remove from heat. Add the cherries
with their juice, chopped or in one piece and let it cool to room temperature, then
put it into the device, add the cream whipped and let it go mixing until it gets the
desired consistency.
Moka Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 1 egg yolk
• 70 gr. sugar
• 150 ml. of coffee
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• 1 egg white
• 100 gr. whipping cream
Place in a bowl the egg yolks, sugar, corn flour, stir for 10 minutes until the mixture
is very spongy, add the fresh and barely warm coffee, mix well, put at a low flame
and stir constantly until it is thickened, remove before boiling, let it cool. At this point
add the heavy whipping cream mixed with 3 egg whites until stiff. Pour into the
device until it gets the ice cream consistency.
Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 300 ml. of milk
• 1 egg yolk
• 70 gr. sugar
• 1 chocolate bar
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 20 gr. butter
• 1 egg white
Place in a saucepan the yolks, sugar and corn flour, stir for 10 minutes, stir for 10
minutes until the mixture is very spongy, boil the milk with the grated chocolate,
remove from heat and let it cool, pour slowly over the yolks and sugar, mix well,
put it on a low flame and cook stirring constantly until thickened, taking care to
remove before it boils. Then add chopped butter, stir until dissolved, flavored with
vanilla and let it cool. Finally, add the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff,
gently mix the chocolate cream. Pour into the device until it gets the ice cream
consistency.
