4 Initial start-up
Please remove the water kettle and base station from the packing and connect the
basis only to a properly installed grounded socket.
Wipe the exterior surface and the inner surface of the kettle with a slightly damp
cloth. Before regular use, fill the water reservoir with cold water to its maximum
level and boil the water by pressing the "ON/OFF" button on the upper side of the
handle. Then throw it away.
This device is designed for household use and similar applications only, such as for
example:
- in employee cafeterias, in stores, offices and other working environments;
- by customers in hotels, motels and other residential facilities;
- in Bed and Breakfast establishments;
- in farm houses.
