Montage und Anschluß Jalousieaktor JAL -
1. Schließen Sie den Jalousieaktor am KNX Bus an.
Connect the Shutter Actuator to the KNX bus.
2. Verkabeln Sie den Jalousieaktor laut Zeichnung.
Wire up the Shutter Actuator as descripted in the circuit diagram.
3. Einbau des Jalousieaktors in der Schalterdose.
Insert the Shutter Actuator in a wiring box or behind a push button.
4. Busspannungsversorgung zuschalten.
Switch on KNX power supply.

Zwischen KNX Buskabeln und 230V Leitungen ist ein Abstand von mindestens 4mm einzuhalten. Es sind die gültigen Normen und
Richtlinien zu Leitungsabständen einzuhalten.
Between KNX bus cables and 230V cables the minumum gap has to be 4mm. The applicable standards and regulations must be
observed.

Description Shutter Actuator JAL
Der MDT Jalousieaktor mit monostabilen Relais ist durch die ETS individuell programmierbar. Zur Auswahl stehen Schalt-, Alarm-, Zentral-
und Sperrfunktionen sowie umfangreiche Kalibrier- und Positionierfunktionen. Die genaue Position kann im Tastbetrieb angefahren werden
und es können getrennte Verfahrzeiten für Auf/Ab eingestellt werden. Der MDT Jalousieaktor verfügt über eine praxisnahe Lüftungsfunktion
und eine automatische Beschattung/Lamellennachführung mit Sonnenstandsberechnung. Ebenso können Automatik- und Szenenfunktion
programmiert werden. Bei Netzspannungsausfall werden alle Ausgänge ausgeschaltet. Für den Fall eines Busspannungsausfalles oder einer
Wiederkehr können die Schaltstellungen der Relais individuell für jeden Kanal programmiert werden. Neben der Funktion als Jalousieaktor
verfügt der Aktor über 4 potentialfreie Binäreingänge, die als Tasterinterface nutzbar sind. An den einzelnen Eingängen können Taster, Schal-
ter, Tür und Fensterkontakte abgefragt werden. Jeder Eingang ist durch die ETS individuell parametrierbar. Die Rollladen- und Jalousie-
funktionen können für Ein- oder Zweitaster Betrieb parametriert werden. Die Auswertung der angeschlossenen Fensterkontakte findet direkt
im Aktor statt. Das Sendeverhalten der Auf/Ab Objekte ist einstellbar, es können entweder die internen Schaltkontakte oder Aktoren auf
dem KNX Bus angesteuert werden. Der MDT Jalousieaktor ist zur Installation in Schalterdosen vorgesehen. Die Montage muss in trockenen
Innenräumen erfolgen.
The MDT Shutter Actuator with monostable relays is individually programmable by the ETS. Switching, alarm, central and blocking functions
are available as well as extensive calibration and positioning functions. The exact position can be driven in tip mode and separate travel
times for up / down can be set. The MDT Shutter Actuator has a practical ventilation function and automatic sun protection/slat tracking
with sun position calculation. Automatic and scene functions can be programmed additionally. As well automatic and scene functions can
be programmed. If the mains voltage fails, all outputs are switched off. After bus voltage failure or recovery
relays can be programmed individually for each channel. In addition to the function as a shutter actuator, the actuator has 4 potential free
binary inputs that act as a universal interface. At these inputs, buttons, switches, door and window contacts can be queried. Each input can
be parametrized individually by the ETS. The roller and blind functions can be parameterized for 1 and 2 button operation. The interpretation
of the connected window contacts takes place directly in the actuator. The transmission behavior of the up/down objects can be set, either
the internal switching contacts or actuators on the KNX bus can be controlled.The MDT Shutter Actuator is a flush mounted device to be
inserted in a wiring box or behind a push button or switch. It has to be installed in dry rooms.

1. Physikalische Adresse vergeben und Applikationsprogramm in der ETS erstellen.
Assign the physical address and set parameters with the ETS.
2. Laden Sie die Physikalische Adresse und das Applikationsprogramm in den Jalousieaktor.
Drücken Sie den Programmiertaster wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden.
Upload the physical address and parameters into the Shutter Actuator.
After request press programming button.
3. Die rote LED erlischt nach erfolgreicher Programmierung.
After sucessfull programming the red LED turns off.
