4. As soon as the pedals are moved, the training computer switches on. Set the display to
what you want (see the "Device Overview" chapter, "Functions of the Computer" section)
or allow all displays to run through in succession.
5. Allow the training to fade out with a slow pace and torque resistance. Finish off with a few
stretching exercises (see below).

Stretching Exercises

After each training session, spend 5 to 10 minutes doing stretching exercises to relax and
stretch your muscles. Below you will fi nd examples of stretching exercises.
Calves
Thigh
Arms:
1. Place the device on a table.
2. Sit down on a chair in front of it.
3. Hold the pedals fi rmly and turn them at an even pace.
Lean against a wall with both hands. Bend your right leg slightly and keep
your left leg straight. Slowly push your left heel right down onto the fl oor.
Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat the exercise for your right
leg.
With your face towards the wall, move your right or left leg forward as
shown. Bend your hips and support your own weight with both hands. Keep
your legs straight. Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat the
exercise for your other leg.
