Note: Make sure the .apk file is workable on android 4.0, and the suffix is .apk.
The first time you want to install an app, you need go to Setting>Device Administration>Unknown
sources, choose allow installation of non-Market apps, then back to install and follow the guide.

6.1.2 Manage apps

When you want to manage all your apps, Open the 'APKInstaller' → 'Manage'
You can launch, export or uninstall the application.
To manage apps, you can also go to "Applications" under "Settings" to manage applications.
"Settings" → "Device"→ "Apps"
