For best cabinet operation we recommend:
• Loading the products as explained in the preceding section;
• Never leave top glass sliders open or ajar (fig. 12 on page 13). It is advisable to often check that all sliders are
closed: you will thus avoid unnecessary energy consumption and frost build-ups on the walls and you will also allow
better foods preservation.
SOUND CRYSTAL cabinets implement "skin condenser" technology that allows heat loss through the outer walls of
the cabinet. This is why the outer walls are normally warm; this enables the formation of mist in case of high
ambient humidity.

The control pad is on the front part of the cabinet (fig. 16 pag. 14); all control and regulation actions go through
the electronic control unit
CONTROLLER STAND-BY STATUS
By holding down the "stand-by" key for 5 seconds it is possible to turn the controller to stand-by status; this equals
to switching the cabinet off through keyboard with no need to unplug it.
HOW TO CHANGE THE SET POINT
To adjust the set point value push the "SET" key twice, then adjust as appropriate using the "UP" or "DOWN" keys.
CONTROL OF LIGHTS
To switch lights on and off press the "DOWN" key; this control is active for versions without a lights power cable

The front right side of the cabinet contains the control panel. An electronic control unit performs all cabinet con-
trol and regulation.

The lighting of the optional promotional display has a separate electric circuit. The neon lamps are controlled by
a switch located on the lower part of the display.
LED lamps must be replaced by the after-sales service only.

9. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

IMPORTANT: During maintenance or cleaning, be sure that the light in the working area is sufficient. If necessary,
use an additional source of light. Exercise caution also when near the hot and moving parts marked with the rele-
