Operation
a) Making a link (pairing)
• Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
• To switch the earphones on, press and hold the multifunction button on both earphones until
the message "power on" (power on) sounds from the earphones. The earphones first connect
to each other and then continue in pairing mode.
• After a short time, TWNT-WS11 appears in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your
device. Select TWNT-WS11.
With some mobile phones it may be necessary after the pairing process to confirm
the link between your mobile phone and the product.
This is normally necessary if you already have at least one other Bluetooth device
registered to the mobile phone or if the mobile phone is connected to another device
(such as a Bluetooth headset).
The link will disconnect if the product or paired Bluetooth device is turned off
or removed from range. When the respective device is turned back on or when
the Bluetooth device comes back into range of the product, the connection is
automatically restored.
To enable this automatic reconnection, this function may need to be activated on
the Bluetooth device (please inform yourself on this point in the instructions for your
Bluetooth device).
b) Switching on and off
• Both earphones must be switched on separately. To do this press and hold the multifunction
button for approximately 2 seconds.
• If you switch off one of the two earphones, the other earphone is switched off automatically.
To do this, hold the multifunction button on one earphone depressed for approx. 4 seconds,
until the message "power off" sounds.

If another call comes in during a call, briefly press the multifunction button on the left earphone.
The active call goes on hold and the new call is accepted.
To switch between the two calls, double-click the multifunction button.
d) Audio playback

e) Voice control
• Keep the multifunction button depressed during interrupted playback until a signal sounds.
The voice control is activated.
• In order to deactivate the voice control, press and hold the multifunction button again, until
a signal sounds.
f) Deleting connection data
After deleting the connection data, both earphones must be coupled with each other
again.
During the automatic connection setup, press the multifunction button of any earphone twice
in quick succession (double-click). The LED flashes red one time. All connection data are now
erased.
g) Coupling earphones with each other, changing the language
The two earphones are already coupled with each other at the factory. If this coupling no longer
exists, proceed as follows:
• Make sure that both earphones are switched off.
• Press and hold the multifunction button of both earphones for approx. 7 seconds at the same
time, until the status LED flashes red and blue alternately.
• It takes a few seconds until the pairing is successfully completed.
If you double-click the multifunction button before the successful coupling on both earphones,
the messages sound in a different language.
This way you can switch between English and Chinese.

Care and Cleaning
• Always disconnect the charging station from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Never use aggressive deter,ts on the earphones and charging station regularly with a soft
brush.
• The earbuds can be removed to clean the earphones.
Troubleshooting
The earphones do not respond to key commands, stop the playback automatically or
cannot be switched on.
• The batteries are flat. Fully charge the batteries.
No sound.
• The volume is set to the minimum.
• The device is no longer paired. Repeat the pairing process.
• The range (max. 10 m) has been exceeded.
There are drop outs in playback.
• The range (max. approx. 10 m) has been exceeded.
• Other devices are interfering with radio transmission. Move away from other wireless devices
or devices that may cause high interference (e.g. powerful electric motors, fluorescent lamps
and microwaves).
