Error & Problem Handling
In the event that the recommended solutions do not solve the problem,
please contact Customer Services or your dealer.
1. The device does not switch on when the ON/OFF button is actuated.
• Ensure that the Bodypack-battery has been fully charged.
2. No stimulation can be felt.
• Press the ON/OFF button to start the Bodypack and connect again.
• Check the position of the electrodes. The electrodes must not overlap
and they must adhere to skin with the entire surface.
• Increase the stimulation intensity step by step.

• Check the cable connections between the device and the electrodes.
• Renew the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moistening them. Once
the adhesive surface of the electrodes is used up, the conductivity
will be poor. Please replace the electrodes.
3. The set current drops to 0 mA.
• The cables must be connected to the device and the electrodes, and
the electrodes must be correctly positioned to enable stimulation.
• Renew the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moistening them. Once
the adhesive surface of the electrodes is used up, the conductivity
will be poor. Please replace the electrodes.
