4. 2 Toggle switches
The Racecontrol pro provides seven switches. Two on-of
switches (S1 and S2, please refer to fig. 3.1) are protected
by safety covers. S3 to S7 are momentary on-of-on
switches. They return to of position automatically. S1 and
S2 switches generate a short pulse on the computer side,
when switched on / of.
The momentary switches appear engaged to the computer,
as long as they are activated.

4.3 Rotary knobs

There are six rotary knobs provided by the Racecontrol pro.
The four rotary knobs R4 - R7 enter the functions 'turned
right', 'turned left' and 'pressed' to the PC.
The two rotary knobs R2 and R3 have more than one level.
Its level is switched by pressing the the rotary knob. The
respective LED indicates which level is selected. On each
level, the events 'turned left' and 'turned right' are
submitted to the PC.
The big rotary knob R1 can not be pressed, and enters the
functions 'turned right' and 'turned left' to the PC.
Please note, that all rotary controls are counting pulses, so
that also in case the knob is turned very quickly, the correct
position will be sent to the PC.
4.4 Controller mode / game consoles
For systems that do not support USB-HID-game-controllers
(e.g. the most game consoles) it might be helpful to switch
from mode 'USB game controller' to mode 'USB keyboard'.
