service and maintenance work, please ensure
that the devices are safely disconnected from
the power grid (unplug power supply unit) and
are disconnected from any other network or
phone connection.

SIP App „TC Behnke"
The image and sound quality of a door intercom
call depend on the hardware used (smart-
phone, tablet). Due to the various models
available and the differences found in the
quality of Android-based devices, we cannot
guarantee a perfect sound quality when you
use an Android device. Please note that power
management settings for energy saving availa-
ble on Android OS will cause interference with
the SIP App „TC Behnke"! Apple's iOS operating
system fully supports the SIP App „TC Behnke",
therefore, we recommend using this system in
connection with our mobile SIP App.
In any case we suggest using additional wired
telephones, touchpanels or comparable
devices.
