Installation and Operating Manual
Voltage converters DCDC06, DCDC12 and DCDC24 are switched mode, uninsulated voltage converters. The
input and output are protected by an internal fuse. The LED on the front lights up when in operation.

Safety instructions
Electronic devices are not toys!
Always keep and use the device well out of the reach of children.
Check that the voltage specification on the type plate corresponds to that of the energy supply.
Do not operate the device near flames or other heat sources (heating, direct sunlight, gas ovens etc.).
Never immerse the device in water.
Protect the device and the cable against heat and moisture (e.g. rain).
Mount the voltage converter in a well-ventilated, dry location.
The voltage converter becomes hot during operation and the housing may reach a temperature of more than
40 °C.
Keep the connecting cable between the voltage converter and the battery as short as possible to avoid
interference voltage.
Only use cables that are certified for use with the currents specified in the technical data.

Installing the converter
➤ Remove the converter's two brackets by pushing one end of the bracket off the converter's housing.
➤ Hold the drilling template (fig. 1) against the mounting surface and mark out the drill holes.
➤ Before drilling, make sure that there are no electrical cables behind the mounting surface.
➤ Drill the four holes with a 3 mm drill head.
➤ Attach the brackets using the supplied screws.
➤ Click the voltage converter into the brackets.
➤ Connect the voltage converter to the power using the supplied or equivalent cable lugs.
Slide the cable lugs fully onto the contact pin.
➤ Check that the contact is secure by moving the cable connections.

Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung
Die Spannungswandler DCDC06, DCDC12 und DCDC24 sind getaktete, nicht isolierte Spannungswandler.
Eingang und Ausgang sind durch eine interne Sicherung geschützt. Die LED auf der Frontseite leuchtet im Betrieb.

Sicherheitshinweise
Elektrogeräte sind kein Kinderspielzeug!
Verwahren und benutzen Sie das Gerät stets außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.
Vergleichen Sie die Spannungsangabe auf dem Typenschild mit der vorhandenen Energieversorgung.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Flammen oder anderen Wärmequellen (Heizung, starke
Sonneneinstrahlung, Gasöfen usw.).
Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser.
Schützen Sie das Gerät und die Kabel vor Hitze und Nässe (z. B. Regen).
Montieren Sie den Spannungswandler an einer gut belüfteten und trockenen Stelle.
Der Spannungswandler wird während des Betriebs warm und kann eine Gehäusetemperatur von mehr als 40 °C
erreichen.
Schließen Sie den Spannungswandler auf möglichst kurzem Weg an die Batterie an, um Störspannungen zu
vermeiden.
Verwenden Sie nur Kabel, die für die Ströme gemäß Technischer Daten zugelassen sind.

➤ Entfernen Sie die zwei Halter vom Wandler, indem Sie ein Ende des Halters vom Wandlergehäuse wegdrücken.
➤ Halten Sie die Bohrhilfe (Abb. 1) an die Montagefläche und zeichnen Sie die Bohrlöcher an.
➤ Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Bohren, dass sich keine elektrischen Leitungen hinter der Montagefläche
befinden.
➤ Bohren Sie die vier Löcher mit einem 3-mm-Bohrer.
➤ Befestigen Sie die Halter mit den beiliegenden Schrauben.
➤ Klicken Sie den Spannungswandler in die Halter.
➤ Schließen Sie den für den Spannungswandler mit den beigelegten oder gleichwertigen Kabelschuhen elektrisch
an.
Schieben Sie die Kabelschuhe ganz auf die Kontaktzunge.
➤ Prüfen Sie den sicheren Kontakt durch Bewegen der Kabelanschlüsse.

Consignes de sécurité
Les appareils électriques ne sont pas des jouets pour enfants !
Conservez et utlisez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.
Comparez la tension indiquée sur la plaque signalétique avec l'alimentation électrique dont vous disposez.
N'utilisez pas l'appareil près de flammes ou autres sources de chaleur (chauffage, rayonnement solaire, fours à
gaz, etc.).
Ne plongez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau.
Tenez l'appareil et les câbles à l'abri de la chaleur et de l'humidité (par ex. de la pluie).
Montez le transformateur de tension dans un endroit sec et bien aéré.
Le transformateur de tension chauffe pendant le service, son boîtier peut atteindre une température de 40 °C.
Le raccordement du transformateur de tension à la batterie doit être le plus court possible afin de prévenir toute
tension parasite.
N'employez que des câbles homologués en fonction des caractéristiques techniques.

Montage du transformateur de tension
➤ Retirez les deux supports du transformateur en pressant les extrémités pour les extraire du boîtier du

➤ Maintenez le guide de perçage (fig. 1) sur la surface de montage et inscrivez les trous à percer.

➤ Percez les quatre trous avec une mèche de 3 mm.

➤ Fixez les supports à l'aide des vis fournies.
➤ Emboîtez le transformateur de tension dans les supports.
➤ Raccordez électriquement celui destiné au transformateur de tension au cosse de câble fourni ou équivalent.
Insérez le cosse de câble intégralement sur la languette de contact.
➤ Contrôlez le contact en faisant bouger les raccords câblés.

Indicaciones de seguridad
Los dispositivos eléctricos no son juguetes.
Mantenga estos dispositivos fuera del alcance de los niños.
Compare el valor de tensión indicado en el placa de tipo con el suministro de energía existente.
Antes de poner en funcionamiento el aparato, compruebe que el cable de conexión esté en perfecto estado.
No ponga en funcionamiento el aparato cerca de llamas vivas u otras fuentes de calor (calefacción, radiación
directa del sol, estufas de gas, etc.).
Nunca sumerja el aparato en agua.
Proteja el aparato y los cables del calor y de la humedad (por ejemplo, la lluvia).
Monte el transformador de tensión en un lugar bien ventilado y seco.
El transformador de tensión se calienta durante el funcionamiento y su carcasa puede alcanzar una temperatura
de más de 40 °C.
Conecte el transformador de tensión a la batería utilizando el recorrido más corto para asi evitar tensiones de
interferencia.
Utilice únicamente cables que estén autorizados para las corrientes especificadas en los datos técnicos.

Montaje del convertidor de tensión
➤ Retire los dos soportes del transformador apretando en un extremo del soporte de la carcasa.
➤ Coloque la guía de perforación (fig. 1) en la superficie de montaje y marque los puntos a perforar.
➤ Antes de taladrar, asegúrese de que no haya ningún cable eléctrico detrás de la superficie de montaje.
➤ Taladre los cuatro agujeros con una broca de 3 mm.
➤ Fije el soporte con los tornillos suministrados.
➤ Encaje el transformador de tensión en los soportes.
➤ Conecte eléctricamente el transformador de tensión con los terminales de cable adjuntados o con otros

equivalentes.
20 – 30 V Deslice los terminales de cable por la lengüeta de contacto.
➤ Mueva las conexiones de los cables para comprobar si el contacto es seguro.

Os transformadores de tensão DCDC06, DCDC12 e DCDC24 são transformadores de tensão não isolados de
impulsos. A entrada e a saída estão protegidas por um fusível interno. O LED no lado frontal acende durante o
funcionamento.

Indicações de segurança
Os aparelhos elétricos não são brinquedos!

Monte o transformador de tensão num local seco e bem ventilado.
O transformador de tensão aquece durante o funcionamento e o corpo pode alcançar uma temperatura superior
a 40 °C.
Conecte o transformador de tensão com a mais curta distância possível à bateria para evitar tensões parasitas.
Utilize apenas cabos autorizados para as correntes conforme especificadas nos dados técnicos.

Montar o transformador de tensão
➤ Remova os dois suportes do transformador afastando uma extremidade do suporte do corpo do transformador.
➤ Posicione a guia de perfuração (Fig. 1) sobre a superfície de montagem e desenhe os furos.
➤ Certifique-se de que não existem cabos elétricos atrás da superfície de montagem antes de fazer os furos.
➤ Faça os quatro furos com uma broca de 3 mm.
➤ Fixe os suportes com os parafusos juntamente fornecidos.
➤ Encaixe o transformador de tensão nos suportes.
➤ Conecte o transformador de tensão aos terminais fornecidos ou semelhantes.
Introduza os terminais totalmente nas linguetas de contacto.
➤ Verifique se o contacto está seguro movendo as conexões de cabo.
