Caring for Your Device

• Protect from liquids, dust, and excessive heat.
• Do not apply adhesive labels to the device; they might cause the device to potentially
overheat and they might alter the performance of the antenna.
• Store the device in a safe place when not in use.
• The USB connector should plug easily into your computer's standard Type A USB port.
• Do not force the device into a port, as doing so might damage the connector.
• Do not force the SIM card into the SIM card slot.
FOR SAFETY REASONS THE MC545 WILL STOP WORKING IF THE USB IS
IMPORTANT:
OPENED BEYOND 120 DEGREES FOR MORE THAN 5 SECONDS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT
THE MODEM IS ALLOWED TO REST NATURALLY AT THE 120 DEGREE ANGLE. SHOULD
YOUR DEVICE CEASE TO WORK, SIMPLY ALLOW THE HINGE TO RETURN AND WAIT FOR
THE DEVICE TO RESTART. NOTE YOU MAY NEED TO RESTART YOUR CONNECTION IF THIS
