„Twin-Turbo" Fan System

Prescribed use
The product is intended for installation in a PC compatible computer and serves for
air discharge from the PC housing there.

Features
• To be connected to +12 V via a 5.25" current plug, fully looped
• Power input abt. 600 mA
• Speed of fans abt. 2,600 r.p.m.
• To be installed in a 5.25" assembly channel
• Installation is possible in a position rotated through 180°with the air sucked from
above or below.
Installation
If you are not skilled for an installation get the system installed by an
EXPERT or a competent special workshop.
Inexpert installation will damage both your fan system and computer
and the equipment connected to it.
Caution! Danger to your life!
Turn off the computer into which the fan system is to be installed and
all equipment connected to it, and disconnect all equipment from the
mains voltage; withdraw the mains plug. It is insufficient to turn it off
via the ON/OFF switch.

Montage
Au cas où vous n'auriez aucune connaissance spécifique concernant
le montage, faites effectuer celui-ci par un SPECIALISTE ou un atelier
spécialisé !
Un montage incorrect peut provoquer un endommagement du ventila-
teur ainsi que votre ordinateur et tous les appareils y étant branchés.
Attention, danger de mort !
Débranchez l'ordinateur, dans lequel le ventilateur doit être incorporé,
ainsi que tous les appareils y étant branchés et séparez tous les appar-
eils du réseau, débranchez la fiche de la prise de courant !
Éteindre seulement par l'interrupteur ne suffit pas !

located behind it, if any.

• Push the fan system into the 5.25" assembly channel; make sure the blow-out
port is at the front of the PC.
The fan system may be rotated through 180° for its installation, thus allowing the
air to be sucked either on the upper surface or lower surface of the fan system.
• Screw on the fan system in place using 4 suitable screws.
• Connect the fan system to the PC power supply unit via the 5.25" current plug.
• Close the computer again by tightening the screws.
• Reconnect your computer and monitor to the mains voltage and switch on all
equipment.
• If your computer does not start up correctly turn it off again immediately and
check all settings made and cable connections.
Before opening the PC again do not fail to disconnect it from the mains voltage,
see above.
Recommendations & suggestions
As you do for all fans, you should occasionally check this one for contamination and
clean it, if necessary.
Before opening the housing turn the PC off and disconnect it from the mains volta-
ge; withdraw the mains plug as described above.

• Enlevez le panneau avant d'un emplacement pour enfichage 5.25" et, le cas
échéant, le couvercle de tôle qui se trouve éventuellement derrière.

• Enfoncez le ventilateur dans le tiroir rack 5.25" ; l'ouverture de sortie d'air doit
se trouver sur le devant du PC.
Ce ventilateur peut être monté tourné de 180° de manière à ce que l'air soit aspi-
ré au choix par le haut ou par le bas.
• Vissez fermement le ventilateur avec 4 vis convenant.
• Raccordez le ventilateur par la fiche courant 5.25" avec le bloc d'alimentation du
PC.
• Refermez l'ordinateur et revissez-le.
• Raccordez votre ordinateur et moniteur à la tension du réseau et remettez en
marche tous les appareils.
• Si votre ordinateur ne démarre pas correctement, arrêtez-le immédiatement et
contrôlez tous les réglages et tous les câblages.
Avant d'ouvrir l'ordinateur à nouveau, il doit impérativement être à nouveau
séparé de la tension du réseau, voir plus haut !
Trucs & astuces
Comme tous les ventilateurs, contrôlez également celui-ci à l'occasion pour voir s'il
n'est pas encrassé et nettoyez-le le cas échéant..
Eteignez le PC avant d'en ouvrir le boîtier et débranchez-le de la tension du réseau,
enlevez la fiche de la prise, voir plus haut !
