11. Maintenance and cleaning

A clean, dry and soft cloth is sufficient to clean the outdoor unit of the intercom.
Clean the camera lens and the display carefully in order to prevent scratches. Do not press the display too hard.
Do not use any acidic cleaning agents or chemicals, this may cause stains to the housing.

12. Disposal

Electric and electronic products must not be disposed of in the domestic waste.
Dispose of the product at the end of its life cycle in accordance with the valid legal regulations.

13. Troubleshooting

• No picture, no sound
Check the power supply (mains adaptor) and the correct cabling of indoor and outdoor units.
• Door opener does not work
Check the correct cabling of indoor and outdoor units as well as the door opener. The outdoor unit is suitable for
the operation if standard 12V door openers (two-wire model) only. No additional power supply of the door opener
is necessary. The door opener is directly connected to the two "UNLOCK" connections of the outdoor unit with both
contacts.
Use cable with a larger diameter for the wiring of outdoor/indoor unit and door opener.
• Flickering picture on the monitor of the indoor unit
This is caused by back light or reflecting objects in the area of the camera, for instance.
• Picture too dark or too bright
Reset the brightness and the contrast in the settings menu.
• No colour picture at night
By using IR LEDs no colour display is possible at night.
