Instructions for use
Roll the Spiky-Ball over the body, directly onto the skin
or over clothing, using small circular movements. The
muscles should be relaxed. The hardness of the ball and
therefore the intensity can be regulated using the valve.
Massage the muscular tissue gently at first and over a
large area using long rolling motions before targeting the
problem areas with firmer circling movements. You can
also hold the Spiky-Ball between your back and a wall to
massage your back and gluteal muscles.
Safety guidelines
• The sensation of the stimulus from the Spiky-Ball
massage varies in the different parts of the body
(but the pressure felt should always be pleasant).
Stop massaging immediately if you experience pain.
• Do not use on bones and joints,
especially not on the spine.
• Do not use on the eyes or
on other sensitive body areas.
• Do not use on people with limited capacities.
• Massage larger areas moving the ball towards
the heart/center of the body.
• Consult your doctor if you have any questions.
Storage/Care
• protect from direct sunlight and intense heat
• clean using normal household cleaners,
disinfectant spray or wipes
