g Operating Instruction
I. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Hama Wii Fit Kit and
congratulations on your decision.
We are certain that our set will provide you with a great
deal of support for your training sessions on the Wii
Balance Board for years to come. These instructions
contain information on the timer and on the correct way
of putting on the weights and the Wii remote bracket.
II. Timer
The timer enables you to record the full duration of your
training session or specify certain time values for your
exercises.
If you want to record the total duration of your training
session, press the Start button on the stopwatch when it
is set to 0. The timer then starts recording the total time.
You can interrupt the countdown by pressing the same
button.
If you want to set a specifi c time for an exercise, use the
two buttons on the left to set the minutes and seconds as
required. If you press the Start button now, the timer will
count backwards. When the time has run out, you will
hear a signal. If you then press the Start button again, the
time you specifi ed previously is displayed again. In this
way, you can repeat the same exercises several times
without having to set the time anew for each repetition.
Press the minutes and seconds buttons simultaneously to
reset the timer to 0.
To change the battery in the timer, unscrew the screw on
the lid of the battery compartment.
The Hama timer for Wii Fit works with LR-44 button cells.
III. Weights
Primarily, the weights are meant to intensify your training
with Wii Fit and other fi tness games by adding weight.
However, they can also be used to make balance games
more diffi cult.

To attach the weights correctly, proceed as follows:
1. Open the hook and loop fastener on the rear side of
the weights.
2. Insert the belt in the loop as shown in the illustration
and pull it fast until the weight is fi rmly but comfortably
attached to your wrist or ankle.
IV. Bracket for the Wii remote
The Wii remote bag enables you to game and train with
the Wii remote without having to hold it in your hand. The
bag can be attached to your arms or legs.
