The halogen heater should be kept out of the reach of children. Be particularly careful when
children are present, especially when they try to push objects through openings in the housing
and into the device. There is risk of a fatal electric shock. When using the heater, keep a good
eye on children and animals present so that they do not burn themselves on the heater or start
a fire by knocking the heater over or covering it up.
Do not use the heater near other sources of heat. Position the heater so that flammable objects
will not be set alight (e.g. curtains). Therefore make sure the heater is in a safe position. The
air inlets and outlets on the heater must be unobstructed. The heater must not be covered up,
e.g. with cloths. There is risk of fire. The halogen heater must be at least 50 cm away from
walls or other objects when in operation.
Never touch the housing or the air outlet grill when the heater is in operation or has not yet
cooled down (risk of burns).
Do not insert any objects into the air outlets or into the interior of the heater (risk of an electric
shock).
On commercial premises, the relevant accident prevention regulations of the relevant
professional insurance association for electrical systems and operating materials are to be
observed.

happen, pull the mains plug out of the socket immediately and contact an expert.
Product safety
The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress.

Before using the device, check that the mains voltage that you want to operate the device with
matches the voltage specified on its nameplate.
Check both the halogen heater as well as the connection cable for damage from time to
time.
Place the power supply cable such that it does not come into contact with hot parts of
theheater.
Do not use a double adapter or a similar device to connect the heater to the mains.

Do not use the halogen heater in rooms or under adverse ambient conditions where there are
or could be combustible gases, vapours or dust.
If you have reason to believe that safe operation is no longer possible, take the halogen heater
out of operation immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation. It must be assumed
that safe operation will no longer be possible if
-
There is visible damage to the halogen heater
-
The halogen heater no longer functions
-
The heater has been stored for a long period of time under unfavourable conditions
