display shows the last setting of
wine.
The unit will also show the actual
temperature of the wine.
Press and hold <SET> button for 1
second to turn off the unit. Or the
thermometer will turn off
automatically if there is no
operation in 10 minutes.
Remarks: After the insert of new
batteries, the display flashes briefly
on all segments.
1.2. Language setting
Press and hold <SET> while
replacing the batteries. Then press
+ / - to choose the desired language.
Press <SET> to confirm the setting.
The preset language is English.
1.3. Wine setting
Press <WINE> button to choose the
desired wine. There are 4 wines,
ROT, WEIß, CHAM and ROSE
available (ROT=Red wine, WEIß
=White wine, CHAM=Champagne,
ROSE=Rose wine).
There are sub categories for ROT
and WEIß. Press <SPEC> to
choose from.
1.4. Own temperature setting
Press <SET> to user set mode. The
SET will flash. Press <SET> again,
the numbers on the left hand side
will flash, press +/- to set the own
temperature. Press <SET> again,
the numbers on the right hand side
will flash, press +/- to set the own
temperature. The unit will auto
confirm after 3 seconds.
Simply press <WINE> to get back
to wine preset mode at any time.
Remarks: The range of user setting
will be 0~99°C.
1.5. Alarm
The unit will alarm "bibibibi" and the
LC display will flash, when the
actual temperature is within the
range of the preset temperature of
wine. The alarm will stop after 1
minute or press any key to stop.
When the set temperatures in the
left and right hand sides are the
same, the LC display will only
display one temperature in the right
hand side. The unit will alarm
"bibibibi" and the LC display will
flash, when the actual temperature
is higher than or equal to that
temperature. The alarm will stop
after 1 minute or press any key to
stop.

1.6. Low battery detection

The unit will detect, if there is low
battery. When the unit detects low
battery, it will show a logo to alert
user.

Cleaning

Only the measuring probe is
water-proof.
Do not submerse the whole product
into water.
Clean with a damp cloth only.
Clean the unit before first use and
after each use.

by type. Make use of the local
facilities provided for collecting paper,
cardboard and lightweight packaging
by type.

disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. Users of

framework for the return,
