5. Function and Feature Description

This PA system is a highly compact and high-performance 2.1 system that can be used as a monitor for listening in as
well as as an independent PA sound system.
As a column in mono operation or as a 2.1 stereo system, it can convince even experienced musicians. The compact
dimensions and the low weight make it an all-rounder for mobile use. A high-performance digital end stage with digital
processor supplies the compact subwoofer and the two satellites with enough performance.
The digital sound processor assumes the tasks of equalizer, limiter, compressor and frequency shift.
The bass shares are amplified by the bass end stage and converted into low-frequency sound waves via the sub-
woofer.
The midrange tone shares are also amplified by an end stage and converted into sound waves via satellite spea-
kers.
The two 20 cm-(8") subwoofer chasses are installed in a band pass casing that also contains the entire amplifier
electronics.
The satellite speakers are set up with 4 x 7 cm (2.8") broad-band speakers each.
