Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use.
Keep the unit out of reach of children or persons in need of supervision.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised for their safety by a qualified person
or are briefed by the responsible person how to use the unit.
Stay alert! Watch what you are doing. Use common sense.
Do not use the unit when your reactivity is affected by alcohol consumption,
medication, drugs, illness or when you are tired. One moment of inattention
when operating the unit can cause severe injuries.
For your own safety, do not mount the impact wrench firmly to a compressed-
air hose, but rather use a quick connector.
The air impact wrench creates a noise emission of 102 dB. Therefore it is
recommended to use appropriate hearing protection when using the wrench.
Regulate the working pressure always by using a pressure regulator.
Do not operate the unit unloaded with full speed.
Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as source of energy. The air impact
wrench should only be operated with clean, dry air with 6.3 bars. When using
higher pressure for operating the wrench, self life of the wrench will be re-
duced drastically.
Please disconnect the unit from the compressed-air source before doing any
maintenance work.
Check if all connections and hoses are mechanically secured and if they are
functioning properly. Loose hoses may cause severe injuries. Only use safety
couplings.
Do not open the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. Please feel free to
contact a professional or our customer service. Only use original replacement
parts.
