SIGHTING IN THE
FIREARM WITH THE
TELESCOPIC SIGHT

Follow the standard sighting-in procedure
applicable to scopes in order to sight in the
telescopic sight.
• Place a sighting-in target at the precisely
measured range of 100 m.
• Turn the eyepiece to get the reticle in focus.
• Adjust the range of 100 m using the parallax
compensation knob and get the image of the
target in focus.
• Aiming as precisely as you can, fire the
necessary number of shots and evaluate the
mean point of impact (MPI).
• Turn the control turrets to adjust the sight as
follows:
to move the MPI up -> turn the elevation
adjustment turret counterclockwise;

to move the MPI down

adjustment turret clockwise;
to move the MPI right
adjustment turret counterclockwise;
to move the MPI left -> turn the windage
adjustment turret clockwise.
Note: 1 click = move the MPI by ¼ of MOA
• Fire the weapon to check the MPI again. If the
MPI does not correspond with the point of
aim, repeat the adjustment procedure specified
above.
• If the adjustment is complete, reset the
elevation and windage turrets as follows:
- Hold the dial knob (pos. 1) so that it cannot turn
- By turning it counterclockwise, loosen the
central cross-head locking bolt of the turret
(pos. 2).
- Set the dial to the required value against the
vertical mark (most typically to "0" (pos. 3) On
the elevation adjustment turret and against the
horizontal mark on the windage adjustment
turret (pos. 4).
-> turn the elevation - Tighten central locking bolt (by turning it
clockwise).
-> turn the windage • The scope is now ready for firing.
