WARRANTY / MAINTENANCE / DISPOSAL
Warranty:
The HA Premium has a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. Your HA Premium
was manufactured and tested in a modern production process. Our components enable the device to
function perfectly and have a long lifespan. If your device does, however, prove to be defective, please
contact us immediately. You can find the service number on your system.
Important!
Please retain the original box so that you can safely return your device where necessary.
Maintenance / Changing filters:
If you choose to participate in our maintenance programme, your HA Premium device will be collected
by a forwarding agent once a year. It will then be taken to our factory, where it will be serviced
and checked for proper operation. When servicing your device, we will also replace its filters and,
where necessary, other wear parts. For more information, please contact our service hotline

Important!
You must separate the HA Premium from the hose lines before it is collected. You can do so
by separating the system's three quick coupling connectors in the middle simply by pulling the
two halves in the direction of the arrow markings. No water will escape when you separate the
couplings. You can then place the device in its original box before handing it over to the
forwarding agent.

to the retail outlet where they were purchased for free after use. End users are legally required
to return used batteries, as is indicated by the following symbol:

mass or more than 0.004 % lead by mass are marked with the corresponding chemical
symbols (Hg - mercury, Cd - cadmium, Pb - lead)."
