RECORDING RADIO / MUSIC FROM CD
This device is equipped with the ALC circuit (Automatic Level control), which automatically sets the
optimal level of recording. Setting the volume control will not affect recording. Using a power adapter is
recommended when recording, for this function consumes most energy. We recommend using only Type 1
cassettes (normal bias).
Recording AM/FM radio
Switch the function selection to RADIO.

3. Use the radio tuner to find the desired station.
4. Open the cassette compartment and insert an empty cassette.
5. Press the RECORD and PLAY buttons. Press the PAUSE button to pause recording, press the STOP
button to stop recording.
6. Recording playback: press the rewind button to rewind the recording to the beginning and then press
the PLAY button.
Recording music from a CD
Switch the function selection to CD. Insert a CD.
