bedienungsanleitung
Das Gehäuse der Handleuchte besteht aus dem Griffstück
(09), Lagerbock (10) und Schwenkkopf (16). Ein Befesti-
gungsbügel (07) befindet sich an der Rückseite des Gehäu-
ses.
Der Schwenkkopf (16) ist auf dem Lagerbock (10) drehbar
gelagert und mittels der Schrauben (01) und (03) befestigt.
Der Schalter (36) ist drehbar am Lagerbock (10) angeordnet.
Das Schauglas (26) für die Displayanzeige befindet sich im
Griffstück (09). Die Streuscheibe (12) ist mit dem Ring (13)
am Schwenkkopf (16) befestigt.
Auf der LED-Platine (11) befinden sich zwei Leuchtdioden mit
Reflektoren/LED-Optiken (33). Akku (31) und HL 20-Platine
(30) befinden sich im Griffstück (09).
Zwei Innensechskantschrauben (27) für Imbus Gr. 4 zum
öffnen vom Gehäuse für Akkuaustausch. Zwei Ladekontakte
(28).

Mit dem Drehschalter (36), der durchdrehbar ist, wird die
Sicherheitsleuchte eingeschaltet.
1 Mal drehen ist Haupt-LED (Fernbereich) an.
2 Mal drehen ist Pilot-LED (Nahbereich) an.
3 Mal drehen blinkt die Haupt-LED.
4 Mal drehen ist aus.
Die Kapazitätsanzeige wird an der LCD-Anzeige in drei blau-
en Segmenten und einem rotem Segment angezeigt.

Die Ladehalter sind geeignet für den Anschluss über Ste-
ckernetzteil input 230 V AC und output 15 V DC, sowie 12 V
DC KFZ-Spannung oder 24 V DC KFZ-Spannung.

Ladehalter ( IP 20 ) mit drei Schrauben befestigen. Die Hand-
leuchte muss in dem Ladehalter einrasten. Akkumulator
laden, wenn nur das rote Segment der LCD-Anzeige leuchtet.
Während der Ladung blinken die Segmente der LCD-Anzei-
ge. Wenn der Akkumulator vollgeladen ist, hört das Blinken
der LCD-Anzeige auf.
Zum Laden an einer Fahrzeugbatterie mit 12 V sind mindestens
11,8 V, bei 24 V Batterien 23,6 V notwendig. Wenn diese
Werte unterschritten werden, bricht das Gerät den Ladevor-
gang ab, um eine Tiefentladung der Spannungsquelle (Fahr-
zeugbatterie) zu vermeiden.
Dauerladung der Leuchte ist zulässig. Die Leuchte in dem
Ladehalter belassen, solange sie nicht benutzt wird.
automatische funktionen
Notlichtfunktionen:
Die Notlichtfunktion der Leuchte wird eingeschaltet, wenn
die Leuchte in den Ladehalter eingesteckt ist, mit Dre-
hen am Schalter (36). Dabei wird in der LCD-Anzeige das
Symbol (rennendes Männchen) im blauen Bereich aktiviert.
Bei weiterem Drehen am Schalter (36) wird das Symbol im
blauen Bereich deaktiviert und die LCD-Anzeige im roten
Bereich mit Symbol (rennendes Männchen) aktiviert, dann
ist die Notlichtfunktion ausgeschaltet.
Wenn bei eingeschalteter Notlichtfunktion, die Spannungs-
versorgung des Ladehalters ausfällt, schaltet sich die Haupt-
lampe der Notstromleuchte automatisch ein.
Sie bleibt eingeschaltet, bis die Spannung wieder vorhanden

ist. Bei Entnahme der Leuchte aus dem Ladehalter bleibt die

Der Ladehalter ist geprüft und für den Einbau in das KFZ.

vorgesehen. Der Pluspol ist mit einer Feinsicherung (F3A)
abgesichert. Außerdem ist eine Anschlussleitung mit KFZ-
Stecker für 12/24 V, als Zubehör erhältlich.

- Den neuen Akku mit den vorstehenden Artikelnummern in
die Führungsschienen einsetzen.
- Den zweipoligen Akkustecker an der Platine (30) in die
Buchse rastend einstecken.
- Den Dichtungsring (beiliegend beim Akku) am
Gehäuse (10) austauschen.
- Die Hand- und Notstromleuchte in umgekehrter Reihen-
folge wieder verschließen.
- Vorsicht, keine Leitungen quetschen.
- Sicherstellen, dass die zwei Schrauben angezogen sind.
- Verbrauchten Akku fachgerecht entsorgen.

operating instructions
The casing of the hand lamp consists of the handle piece
(09), bearing block (10) and a swivel head (16). A mounting
bracket (07) is located at the rear of the casing.
The swivel head (16) is pivoted on the bearing block (10) and
mounted with screws and (3). The switch (36) is rotatably
arranged on the bearing block (10).
The screen plate (26) for the display indication is on the
handle piece (09). The diffusing plate (12) is mounted with
the ring (13) onto the swivel head.
The LED printed circuit board (11) features two light-emitting
diodes with reflectors/LED-optics (33). The rechargeable
battery (31) and the HL-20 printed circuit board (30) are lo-
cated on the handle piece (09).
There are two socket screws (27) suitable for Allen keys size
4 for the opening of the casing to exchange the battery and
two charging contacts (28).

The safety lamp is activated by turning the overwindable ro-
tary switch (36). The main-LED (long-distance area) is swit-
ched on with one rotation. Two rotations are for switching on
the pilot-LED (near-distance area). With 3 rotations the main-
LED blinks and by rotating the switch four times the safety
lamp can be switched off.
The capacity indicator shows on the LCD-display with three
blue segments and one red segment.
battery charging
The charging cradles are suitable for connecting to a 230 V
AC mains power supply input and an output of 15 V DC as
well as 12 V DC vehicle current or 24 V DC vehicle current.
Mount the charging cradles (IP 20) with three screws. The
hand lamp needs to engage with the charging cradle. Char-
ge the battery if only the red segment of the LCD-display
illuminates. During the recharging period of the battery the
segments of the LCD-display are blinking. If the battery is
fully charged the LCD-display stops blinking.
For charging on a vehicle battery with 12 V, a minimum of
11.8 V is necessary and a minimum of 23.6 V with 24 V ve-
hicle batteries. In case these values are lower the device ab-
orts the charging process in order to avoid a deep discharge
of the voltage source (vehicle battery). A continuous charging
of the safety lamp is permissible. Leave the lamp in the char-
ging cradle as long as it is not used.
automatic functions
Emergency lighting functions:
By turning the switch (36), the emergency light function of the
safety lamp is activated if the lamp is plugged in the charging
cradle.
In this case, the symbol (running little man) in the blue area
of the LCD-display is activated. With further turning of the
switch (36) the symbol in the blue area is deactivated and
the symbol in the red area of the LCD-display (running little
man) is activated and the emergency light function is thus
switched off.
If the power supply of the charging cradle fails while the
emergency light function is switched on, the main lamp of
the emergency lamp is automatically switched on.
The emergency lamp stays switched on until the power
supply is available again. If the lamp is disengaged of the
charging cradle, the main lamp stays on until it is manually
switched off.
