By air circulation at room temperature, thawing of food
gets accelerated.
Use the defrost function.
• To thaw, cream and butter cream cakes, pies and pastries,
bread and rolls, frozen fruits are suitable.
• For a uniform thawing, rotate or stir defrosted in between.
