Notes on disposal
This appliance is labelled in accordance with

vices. You can obtain the latest disposal information from
the specialist trade or your local authority.

Troubleshooting

If your appliance does not work correctly, check the following points.
If the problem could not be resolved, please contact JUPITER customer service.
Problem
The appliance does not work.
The juice is too thick
or too thin.
The drum is hard to open.
The appliance stops
during operation.
Loud motor noises are
coming from the appliance
during operation.
The drum vibrates while
you are using it.

Is the power supply cord
connected properly?
Is the appliance assembled
correctly?
Did the appliance stop working
during operation?
Were you using the appliance
for longer than 20 minutes?
Did you fit the silicone seal
correctly?
Did you use fresh fruit/
vegetables?
Did you put too much fruit/
vegetables into the appliance?
Did you open the filler
tube completely?
Did you press/fill too much
fruit or hard cores/stalks into
the appliance?
Did you assemble all the parts
correctly?
It is normal for the drum to vibrate during the juicing process. If the product gets very
warm, please contact customer service.

Possible solution
Connect the power supply cord to a plug socket
with 220 V - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
Disassemble the appliance as described under
Assembly/disassembly
Switch off the appliance and let it cool down for a
few minutes. You can then switch it on again.
Insert the silicone seal as described under
Assembly/disassembly
Overripe fruit/vegetables can block the squeezing
screw and its sieve. If you want to use overripe
fruit/vegetables, place them in mineral water for 10
minutes.
Do not put too much fruit/vegetables into the
machine.
After juicing approx. 1 kg of fruit/vegetables, pour
some water into the filling hopper to flush it out
and switch on the appliance.
Turn the filling hopper anti-clockwise as far as it will
go in order to remove it from the drum.
Press
for several seconds to start the motor in
REV
reverse. Empty the drum if necessary and clean the
squeezing screw.
Switch off the appliance, disassemble it as
described under
Assembly/disassembly
re-assemble it.
