II codice della strada deve essere rigorosamente rispettato
in ogni occasione. L'uso del casco omologato è obbligatorio.
I DOCUMENTI PERSONALI necessari per la circolazione
con questo scooter sono:

(Patente di guida)

Documento di identità
•
Assicurazione RC
Per la circolazione è inoltre necessario il certificato di
conformità dello scooter.
Questo scooter è progettato, costruito ed omologato se-
condo la direttiva comunitaria 2002/24 e quindi può
circolare liberamente in tutti gli stati membri che recepis
cono questa direttiva. L'utilizzo in maniera difforme da
quanto prescritto dalla casa comporta il decadimento
della garanzia;
Tutte le MANOMISSIONI atte ad aumentare la cilindrata,
la potenza, la velocità ed in senso generale le prestazioni
del veicolo sono punite dalla legge con opportune sanzioni,
tra ìe quali il sequestro del veicolo.
La manomissione di qualsiasi entità esime il costruttore da
ogni responsabilità e fa decadere tutti i diritti di garanzia.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Scrupulously observe the Highway Code in all
circumstances.
The use of a homologated helmet is compulsory.
The rider must always be able to produce the following
PAPERS:

(Driving licence)
•
Identity paper
•
Insurance certificate
A certificate of conformity is also required. This scooter
has been designed, manufactured and homologated
according to the EC directive 2002/24, therefore it is
allowed to circulate freely in all member states that
acknowledge this directive. Failure to comply with the
Manufacturer's prescriptions makes the warranty null
and void.
Any TAMPERING intended to increase the cylinder capacity,
the power, the speed, and more in general to enhance the
performance of the scooter is punishable by law through
sanctions including the confiscation.
Any modifications or tampering exempt the manufacturer
from all responsibility and make the warranty null and void.
