9. User preference

Select from main menu USER
PREFERENCE and confirm with OK. You
will see the display on the right.

1. Parental control

Confirm with OK and you can lock up various menus against use. These menus will only be
displayed after a password has been enetered. You can also change the preset password
("0000") to a new password.

2. OSD control

a. Menu language
Use the arrow keys to choose the desired language of the menu.
b. OSD transparency
Use the arrow keys to choose the desired transparency of the on screen display.
c. Channel info box/Volume bar time out
Select the desired time out of the display.

3. Reinstall

This function can be used to return the receiver settings to the original factory values. In this
process, any alternations and channel adjustments you have made will be deleted. Only the
channels pre-programmed by manufacturer remain. Confirm this by entering the password. The
factory pre-setting password is "0000".
