Maintenance
Extreme danger!
The device must be deenergised when performing maintenance
work requiring the opening of the device.
See Page 45.
Maintenance and care play a major role in deciding whether the device
meets the requirements placed on it in a satisfactory manner. The com-
pliance with the specified maintenance intervals and the careful conduct-
ing of the maintenance and care work are therefore absolutely necessary
– see Page 92 ff.
The current operating hours of the parts requiring maintenance can be
1)
displayed in the Presetting mode
.
Remount any protective devices (e.g. filter panels) after completing work.
We point out that the device must be subject to repetitive inspections
by our customer service or an approved specialised company every
12 months (from commissioning) to maintain its proper condition!

Risk of burning!
L-65 DYNAMIC POWER: When changing the UV low pressure
lamps, the enclosed chip card must always be used! The UV low
pressure lamps can only be operated at the correct power if the
lamp set and chip card are exchanged simultaneously.
If the old chip card is left in the unit, the new lamp set is operated
at too high power and the user may suffer heavy burns!
Danger of burns!
Only use the specified genuine low pressure UV lamps and
filter panels (see Page 53 and 99-101)!
Using other low pressure UV lamps leads to modified radia-
tion. This could potentially result in severe burns to the user!
The use of other low pressure UV lamps and filter panels in-
validates CE conformity and the GS approval mark!
Caution!
Only use genuine spare parts of the same type!
The use of other parts voids the CE conformity!
Any liability is excluded in case of damage or injury proven to be
the result of the use of non-genuine spare parts.
