• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket in thunderstorms for reasons of safety.
• Make sure that the mains cable is not squeezed, bent, damaged by sharp edges or put under
mechanical stress. Avoid excessive thermal stress on the mains cable from extreme heat or
cold. Do not modify the mains cable. Otherwise the mains cable may be damaged. A damaged
mains cable can cause a deadly electric shock.
• Do not touch the mains cable if it is damaged. First, power down the respective mains socket
(e.g. via the respective circuit breaker or residual-current device) and then carefully remove
the mains plug from the mains socket. Never use the product if the mains cable is damaged.
• Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
• Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket if you do not use the device for an extended
period of time.
• Do not use any extension leads with the product.
• Do not immerse the mains cable, power adapter or the product in water.
c) Installation
• Place the product on a horizontal, clean, solid and heatproof surface.
• Do not use the product outdoors.
• Do not place or use the product on or near to flammable materials, such as table cloths,
curtains or wallpapers.
• Keep the product at a distance of at least 10 cm from other nearby objects.
• Do not place any objects on the appliance.
d) Using the hot air fryer
• Only use the product in accordance with these operating instructions.
• The hot air fryer is only designed for home use and is not intended for professional use.
• Remove the mains plug from the mains socket when you are not using the product.
• Ensure that no liquids enter the interior of the device to prevent an electric shock or short
circuit.
• Some parts of the device get very hot during use and may cause serious skin burns if touched!
• Only use the accessories included with the product.
• Keep the touchscreen dry and do not touch it with wet hands.
• Never cover the air inlet and steam outlet during use.
• The hot air fryer has built-in safety features to ensure your safety. They must not be overridden,
removed or modified.
• Your food may burn and smoke may escape from the steam outlet if the timer is set for too long
or the temperature is too high. If so, remove the mains plug from the mains socket immediately,
let the hot air fryer cool down to room temperature and then empty the frying pan and basket.
Do not use water to cool the appliance!
