DECLARATION OF
NETWORKCOMPATIBILITY
The Teleline NT-711 is designed for
use on the 'public switched telephone
networks (analogue single-line)' of
telephone- and cable-companies ins-
ide the EU.
Each country and/or provider might
require a different telephoneplug.
The Teleline NT-711 complies with
the essential requirements and provi-
sions as described in the European
Directive 1999/5/EC.

INSTALLATION

Wall mount:
Drill two holes in the wall with a dis-
tance of 10cm and insert two screws.
Let the heads of the screws stick a
few millimeters out of the wall.
Remove the handsetholder, rotate it
180° and replace it. This holder will
hold the handset when wall mounted.
Hang the unit on the wall and fixate
the telephone wire by means of cable-
clips.
How to connect:
1. Connect the handsetwire
between the handset and base.
2. Connect the CO-wire to the
backside of the telephone; push
the connectors till you hear a
click.
3. Plug the telephone plug into your
telephone outlet.
Tone/pulse dialing:
The NT-711 is capable to dial telep-
honenumbers with TONE (DTMF dia-
ling) or PULSE (rotary dialing). Use
the T(one)/P(ulse) switch to set the
required dial-mode.

HOW TO USE

Incoming calls:
The volume of an incoming call can
be adjusted by ringer switch on the
bottomside of the unit.
Lift the handset and start the conver-
sation.
Outgoing Calls:
Lift the handset, wait for the dialtone
and key in the desired telephone
number.
