NOTE:
In order to delete the voice recordings gain, please proceed as
described under the section „Deleting Voice Recordings".
NOTE:
Whenever you are recording please ensure that the micropho-
ne is pointing in the direction of the sound source and is not
blocked by objects, hands etc.
Main Menu
In the main menu it is possible to choose between the modes
„Music", „Voice", „Music library", „Settings"," and „About".
To call up the main menu, keep the MODE button (6) pressed
for approximately 2 seconds.
Navigating in the Menu
1. Press the „
" (right) or„
menu to select the desired mode.
2. Press MODE (6) to confi rm your selection and change to the
corresponding submenu.
Music
In order to change back from the WAV mode to the MP3 mode.
Voice
In order to change from the MP3 mode to the WAV mode.
Music library
Here it is possible to determine the order of the items of music
played back. The following options are available: „Play all",
„Artist", „Album", „Track", „Genre", „Year", „Voice record".
In order to be able to use these options correctly, the correspon-
ding ID3 Tag information must be stored.
Deleting Voice Recordings
In the „Music library / Voice record" submenu you can delete the
voice recordings that you have made without having to connect
the device to the PC.
1. Press the „
" (right) or „
select the fi le you wish to delete.
2. Press the REC button (12) to call up the "Delete" menu.
3. Press the „
" (right) or „
„yes" and confi rm with the MODE button (6). The selected
fi le is then deleted.
4. If you want to delete another fi le, proceed as described
above.
Settings
In the „Settings" menu it is possible to select from the following
items: „Equalizer", „Play mode", „Contrast", „Display time",
„Power settings", „Record settings" and „Language".

ne recording.
Language
Adjustment of the language on the
display.
Equalizer
Your MP3 player features equalizer pre-settings which adjust
playback to the respective type of audio input.
The settings are:
NORMAL (no equalizer function)
ROCK
JAZZ
CLASSICAL (classic)
POP
BASS
TREBLE
The currently selected equalizer setting (1) is not shown in the
display (7).
Play mode
Your MP3 player features a number of repeat and random
modes for playback.
These are the available playback modes:
Normal
Tracks are played in the order as saved.
Repeat one
The selected track is repeated until repeat is stopped or the
playback mode is changed.
Repeat all
All tracks of the MP3 player are played in the sequence as
saved and then repeated until playback is stopped or the
playback mode is changed.
Shuffl e
Every track is played in a random order. Playback stops
when all tracks have been played.
Shuffl e repeat
The tracks are played in random order and then repeated
until playback is stopped or the playback mode is changed.
Preview
All tracks are played back for approx. 10 seconds.
The currently selected playback mode (4) is shown at the top of
the display (7).
