CAUTION! Risk of material damage
Use the original accessories only.
• Never place the appliance on hot surfaces (e.g. hob plates) or near heat sources or
open fire. Place the appliance on a dry and even surface.
• Do not place the appliance on a soft surface that might cover the openings.
•
Do not operate the appliance when the tank is empty.
Dry running will damage the appliance.
When filling the tank, always ensure that the „MAX" marking is not exceeded.
• Do not let the appliance run continuously or over a prolonged period of time.
For this model type: 5 min. ON, 1 min. OFF, max. 5 cycles.
• Do not use this appliance with an external time delay switch or separate telecontrol
system!

Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not hit the appliance. Be careful when moving the appliance.
CAUTION!
If you are unsure whether you can use the appliance to clean the object and/or
whether the object could be damaged when doing so, please consult the retailer you
purchased the corresponding object from. Or ask a specialist trader (jeweller, watch-
maker etc.) and/or the corresponding watch/jewellery manufacturer.
• Do not use the ultrasound cleaner without the basket. Otherwise, the object to
be cleaned and/or the stainless steel tank could be damaged.
• No liability is assumed for scratched or damaged objects.
• Loosely attached fittings, stickers and/or decorative elements on objects as well as other
unfixed parts, e.g. screws used in glasses, may come off during the cleaning process.
• Consult your dentist particularly in case of dentures with veneers.
• Consult your optician before cleaning of all ophthalmic lenses, as already the smallest
cracks or flaws of the outer surface of the glasses may lead to damage. Irreparable
damages cannot be excluded, particularly in the case of glasses with coated plastic
lenses. The older the glasses, the shorter the cleaning time must be set. Do not add any
cleaning product containing alcohol or solvent.
Objects to be cleaned
(application examples):
• Optical devices: glasses, sunglasses, magnifying glasses, etc.
• Personal hygiene: Toothbrushes, dentures, braces, dummies as well as shaving heads of
razors, razor blades, etc.
• Jewellery: Necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, watch chains, coins, etc.
• Metal parts: parts of water-tight watches, coins, medals, badges, valves, parts of devices
(shaving parts), etc.
• Writing utensils: pens of fountain pens, ball-point pen covers, printer nozzles, signature
stamps, etc.


The following objects are not suitable for ultrasound cleaning:
• Genuine pearls, semi-precious stones, costume jewellery or soft stones such as pearls, opals,
turquoise, coral, emeralds, etc.
•
Objects that can easily be discoloured, waterlogged or damaged.
• Wooden items, leather items, fabric, materials with a sensitive/already damaged surface,
electric appliances, polycarbonate lenses (thermoplastics).
• Mobile phones, watches, glass frames or artworks made from tortoiseshell or abalone.
