The 5-Year warranty applies only to Vapir Inc. products that are identified by
the "Vapir" registered mark, trademark, trade name, or logo that are affixed
to the products. No Non-Vapir product will be covered by the warranty. Your
PRIMA will not be covered under this warranty if
(a)
the unit has been opened
(b)
the serial number has been removed or altered
(c)
damage cause to the
product of an accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other exter-
nal caus-es;
(d)
damage caused by operating the device against the safety
guide-lines in this user guide;
(e)
the product is modified or a part is altered with-
out the written consent of Vapir; or
(f)
has cosmetic damage, such as, dents,
scratches, cracks, etc. The 5-Year warranty is non-transferable and only applies
to the original end-user purchaser of the hardware, not the battery. The battery
provided herein is covered under warranty for a period of 2 years. Vapir war-
ranties only apply to devices purchased at an authorized reseller serviced by
an authorized Vapir distributor. For questions regarding authorized retailers and
