Setting minutes
If you would like to have a
precise measurement value
of the air temperature you
must take the watch from
your wrist for around 20
minutes so that your body
temperature does not influ-
ence the measurement.
The watch can display
altitudes in metres (m) or

Setting hours
feet (ft) and temperature
in degrees Celsius (C) or
degrees Fahrenheit (F).
To toggle between the
different units, hold down
the "CHRONO" key until
the indicator has jumped
to the desired temperature
and altitude units.
