● Intended use
To operate and queries of your garage door
operator via a Smartphone or Tablet PC, the
SmartGarage APP runs on devices with an
operating system iOS or Android.
In operation of the door without a safety
photocell, the gate has to be operated
within the visual range.
In operation of the door without a visual
range to the gate, a safety light barrier
must be installed.
● Hazards that may emanate from the product
When used properly as intended, the product is
safe and reliable to operate. Nevertheless, a
residual risk will always remain!
Make sure, that the Smartphone or Tablet
PC does not get into the hands of children
and only persons served, who have been
instructed in the functionality of the door.
Only drive through the door when it is fully
open.
● Data encryption
The transmission between the Gateway and the
Mobility Module occurs through AES 128
encryption.
The encryption between the Gateway and Router
occurs to the WPA2 standard.

Installation instruction

Supply package
- Mobility Module
- Gateway with wall power supply

To affiliate the Gateway
Connection of the wall power supply with the
socket-outlet and gateway.
Check the status display at the Gateway.

To connect the Gateway
- connect your Smartphone or Tablet with the
WLAN-network SOLUCON.
- Select your home network.
- Enter the WLAN-network key of your home
network and confirm afterwards with connecting.

If the connection is not automatically
established, open your browser and type
http//solucon.gateway/
into the address line.

Garage door operator
For connecting and programming the Mobility
Module, the cover of the garage door operator
must be opened.

Mobility Module
The Mobility Module must be connected and
regulated with the garage door operator.
1. Press the button
2 times till the figure 2
appears in the display.
2. Now press the button
for 3 seconds till the

Pay attention to the status display on the Mobility
Module.

If the connection to the Gateway is not set up,
please move the Gateway closer to the garage.
Maybe an additional WLAN Repeater must be
set.

ID Number
Note the ID-number of the back of the Mobility
Module for registration in the cloud.

Mounting of Mobility Module
Please stick the enclosed adhesive tape on the
back side of the module. Then fix it sideways at the
housings.

Download the APP SmartGarage from the
AppStore or PlayStore and install it.
After the first opening, the following view appears:
LOGIN
Activate the button REGISTER and the page
SETUP appears.
SETUP
Enter your user name, your e-mail address,
password and confirm the password. Afterwards
press the button NEXT.
ADD MOBILITY MODULE
Enter a name for your door. Insert the ID-
Mobility Module (see image
Press the button NEXT.
DOOR VIEW
The page DOOR VIEW appears with the name of
your door.
To open the door, strip with your
finger from the bottom-up.
To close the door, strip with your
finger from top to bottom.
Button moves the door in the vent
position.
Button stops the operator during the
STOP
drive
Button switches the light on.

Button switches the light off.
Button goes to the page MENUE
MENU
From here you can navigate to all pages of the
APP.
ADJUSTMENTS
The door name can be changed.
A background image of your choice can be
displayed behind the garage door.
An acoustical warning signal during door
movements can be switched on.
SETTINGS
From this page you can add more or remove
further Mobility Modules.
SELECT
On this page you can switch to other doors.
