PSS Module Rack
The Series PSS 3000 Module Rack is available in four versions:
• 19" Module Rack with 9 slots for failsafe modules
• Module Rack with 4 slots for failsafe modules
• 19" Module Rack with 9 slots for failsafe and standard modules
• Module Rack with 4 slots for failsafe modules and 2 slots for standard
modules.
Module racks have a Bus for the failsafe section. An additional bus plate
for the standard section is available as an option.
The PSS PS or PSS PS 24V Power Supply must always occupy the first
slot on the rack and the central processing unit of the Series PSS CPU
must occupy the second slot. The remaining slots are available to be used
as required.
