Your Nick's Easy Styler™ is warranted to be free from defect in materials and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original Purchase Date under
normal use. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser with
original proof of purchase from the original seller. This Limited Warranty covers
the repair or replacement of any defective unit, which is due to faulty materials
or workmanship, which is your exclusive remedy for any defective product
covered by the Limited Warranty. Refunds will not be given. The manufacturer's
and/or any authorized re-seller's liability shall in no event exceed the original
purchase price of the defective product.
This Limited Warranty does not cover products determined by the manufacturer
and/or any authorized re-seller to be damaged by any of the following: accident,
misuse, abuse or alteration, servicing by unauthorized persons, use with
unauthorized accessories, or use other than as instructed, connecting to an
incorrect current voltage, and/or any other conditions beyond the manufacturer's
and/or any authorized re-seller's control.
ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT
AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER, ANY AUTHORIZED RE-SELLER,
OR PERFECT PLUS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
