7. Control of the spreading rate is determined by a
combination of the users walking speed, motor
speed, feed aperture opening and the material
to be spread. As there is no accurate method to
determine the correct setting for all spreading rates
and the different types of material being spread.
The user must determine through trial and error
the correct settings for the material being spread.
8. Check the instructions on the packaging
containing the material to be spread.
9. The table below is for reference only. The exact
amount you need to test in practice. Remember
that more fertilizer can damage grass. Always
proceed from lower to higher settings.
10. Push back the safety switch (fig. 8A) and press the
ON/OFF switch (fig. 8B).

opening and the spreading impeller at the same

12. Spread a small area first and adjust the settings if

13. When in use the spreader should be held in one
hand with your arm by your side and held slightly
forward (fig. 9). There is no need to swing the

• Never leave the fertilizer or salt in the container.

aggressive to the plastic parts in the appliance.
• When you are not using the equipment, keep it in a
dry place out of the reach of children.
• Always remove the batteries if the spreader is to be
stored for long periods.
• Dispose your device, accessories and packaging in
accordance with the requirements of environmental
protection into the recycling collection center
• Always dispose of batteries in accordance with
applicable legal regulations. Do not dispose of
batteries with the normal household waste.
