Setting the illuminated dot
Turning the illuminated dot on and off can be accom-
plished using the reticle intensity adjustment ring
found on top of the ocular (Fig. 4). Turn the ring to
level 1 to activate the red dot in the reticle. The red
dot can be adjusted to 11 levels of brightness – 1
being the lowest and 11 the highest level. Align the
white dot below "RETICLE INTENSITY" to the desired
intensity.
The red dot is deactivated at every position between
the intensity levels on the adjustment ring. This in-
novative feature allows for:
a) quick deactivation of the red dot when not needed
b) quick reactivation of the red dot to the previously
set intensity for fast aiming when required.

Changing the battery
Turn the red dot off. Use a coin to turn the battery
cover counter-clockwise until opened (Fig. 2). Remove
the dead battery and replace with a fresh one. Make
sure the "+" pole is facing up. Close the compartment
by turning the battery cover clockwise until snug.
Note:
• Please use only CR 2032, 3 V Lithium battery.
• To increase battery life, turn the red dot off when
not needed.
• We suggest carrying a fresh battery with you at
all times.
• To avoid battery leakage, please remove the bat-
teries if the scope will not be used over a longer
period of time.
