GENERAL OPERATION GUIDE
1. Prepare the food you want to cook according to the recipes.
2. Put food into the cooking pot. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
3. Press MENU to select a cooking mode according to the recipes.
4. If you want to adjust the cooking time, then Press+ and – button.
5. After time setting, press the START button to start the cooking
process, once the desired temperature is reached, cooking time will
start counting down. [Only when using 'Multikocher' and 'Braten'
settings, the cooker will 'Beep-Beep' once the desired temperature is
reached].
6. At the end of cooking time the cooker will beep
7. Each function will be automatic to keep warm after finishing
cooking (except the cooking mode 'JOGHURT'), if you want to cancel
the auto-keep warm, press "START" button during the cooking until
the indicate light of 'ABBRECHEN/ WARMHALTEN' button is off.

If you forget to press START button after selection of a cooking
mode, the cooker will turn to standby mode after 60 seconds
To cancel an activated program, simply press the 'ABBRECHEN/
WARMHALTEN' button. The cooker will go to standby mode. You can
start to program again.
If you did not achieve the desired result using automatic programs please try versatile
program called 'MULTIKOCHER' featuring a wide time and temperature adjustement
range. This program gives you endless opportunities for new culinary experiments.

MODE 'BRATEN'
. .
. MAKE SURE THE LID IS OPEN FOR 'BRATEN'.
1. Prepare food for 'BRATEN' according to recipe.
2. Place the removable cooking pot in its place.
3. Add the appropriate amount of oil as indicated in the recipe.do
not exceed the 1/2 capacity of the inner pot.
again.. . . . . . . . 4. Press MENU button until 'BRATEN' in LCD is blinking, at same time
the LCD display will show the standard cook time.
5. Adjust the cooking time if desired by pressing the + button to
increase time and - button to decrease time in 5-minute increments.
6. Adjust the temperature if desired by pressing TEMP button.
Use + button to increase temperature and - button to decrease
temperature in 1-degree increments.
7. After time and temperature settings, press START button to start
the cooking process - once the desired temperature is reached, the
cooker will 'Beep-Beep', the cooking will start counting down.
8. When the cooking time ends, the cooker will beep and go
automatically to the "keep warm" mode. The LCD display will show
the warm time.
9. Until you press 'ABBRECHEN/WARMHALTEN' button to cancel the
program, the food will keep warm for up to 24 hours.
