The AGC
®
Hardender (Ref. No. 77-40-
1015) is intended for use with the
AGC
®
Micro, AGC
®
Micro Plus and the
AGC
Micro Vision system.
®
This product gives a high-lustre finish
to the surfaces deposited and gives
the workpieces a hardness of up to
220 HV. This is particularly advanta-
geous in the case of telescopic resto-
rations and bars. This combination of
optimised deposits and excellent fit
is the key requirement of secondary
components and also provides an
excellent basis for their use with pri-
mary components made of ceramic
material.

Important
When using a large glass beaker in
the AGC
capacity of 500 ml of liquid must not
under any circumstances be exceeded.
The maximum amount of gold bath
is therefore 475 ml + 23.75 ml of
AGC

In the AGC
Plus system it is still absolutely essen-
tial to use the corresponding amount
of brightener additive (AGC
ner additive Ref. No. 77-40-1004,
AGC
®
No. 77-40-1014, AGC
additive Ref. No. 77-40-1008 or AGC
Multi Color brightener additive Ref.
No. 77-40-1018). Here, too, it is
important to ensure that the relevant
volumes are not exceeded.
